cant connect stream key from facebook to go live

please help, i am having trouble getting stream key from facebook. i will not let me copy and paste it to obs. it will only say connect stream software to go live. i have already updated obs. i have already looked at youtube videos to see if theres any other ways to get the stream to connect. it will get access somtimes. maybe 1 out of the 5 times i try to connect. can you please take a look at my logfile and see why i cant connect to fb.

We have had this same problem for a month now. We've had to start streaming to YouTube instead of Facebook. However, we want to be able to stream to Facebook.
