Cant connect OBS to my twitch account

What the title say, whenever I try to connect my twitch account I get the Auth window with the message:

Couldn't load that page!

Make sure the address is correct, and that the site isn't having issues.

I have tried many things but no avail, uninstall and reinstall, change bind IP to everything, on some rare occassions I get the twitch login in the auth windows but when I login I get the message " Failed to authenticate with twitch: Failed to get token from remote: Failed to connect to auth.obsproject.com port 443 after xxms: timed out" but as I said this didnt happen everytime I tried.

I tried streamlabs just to see if the problem is with my account or obs but it seems like its an obs issue :(

Hello a friend of mine suggested that I go to twitch settings and disconnect OBS from there and try again, also I completely turned off my firewall for just a second and tried with obs disconnected on twitch and my firewall turned off and it worked!! OBS is finally logged into twitch!!

Just dont forget to turn your firewall back on, we dont want any pesky hackers getting where they shouldnt be
