Bug Report Can't clear a "chroma key" filter on my video capture device

Hi guys. Super excited to see the progress in the multiplatform version of OBS. I was trying to examine chroma key and color key options in the Windows 0.9.1 version and after defining a Video Capture Device and selecting a camera (Logitech C650) and a screen capture of a windows desktop positioned behind the camera. I highlighted the camera in the sources list, and selected "Filters", further selected chroma key and custom for the color. I opted to select the color from the screen and then set it to a blue portion of the shot. The filter was appled. I fiddled around with it a bit. and then removed the filter. The masked portion persisted.
Understanding that this was a pre-release version I deleted the video source entirely recreated it. The mask continuted to be displayed. In other words, even after removing the filter, removing the device on which the filter was applied, if I subsequently recreated the source using the same camera, the image still showed the masked image.
Next step (I guess) is to go into the program directory and delete the settings file.
Just thought you'd like to know.

Perhaps you applied it to the scene rather than to the source? Scenes can have filters applied to them as well. If it is a bug and you have time though, please try to make some exact steps to replicate and list them if you're able.

This answer saved my day.

Unfortunately not the two days before which I spend with changing several camera sources, installing drivers, removing setting, purging OBS from my debian linux, removing and reinstalling studioFX plugin, compiling v4l from source, switching connections, buying a screen grabber, exchanging my hdmi cabling ...

I just registered here, to ensure my "thumbs up" counts, I can reply and make a point how important even a forum post from 2015 can be more than 7 years after its creation! At least my sad existence makes little more sense again.
