Question / Help Can't choose video adapter

Hello,
I recently download the new obs, I saw a guide on how to setup your game recording, but I'm always recording black screen,
I found under advance setting the video adapter bar, and I can't open it,
I checked twice the Nvidia Control Panel-->Manage 3D setting-->program setting and under the obs.exe I chose High-performance.

I'm with laptop (Asus G550jk)
GPU: Geforce GTX 850M

OBS is still running on the integrated and not the high performance as of that log.

So what should I do to fix it?

Did you restart OBS after changing those settings?
