Can't change Output mode

I'm using OBS on windows 10 but somehow I can't change the output mode under settings. The automatic selection is simple and is greyed out, so I can't change it to advance. How can I change this?

The output mode cannot be changed while an output is active.
Streaming
Recording
Replay Buffer
Built in Virtual Camera
Virtual Camera Plugin
NDI

Any that are active need to be stopped before you can change that setting.

If you have the Teleport plugin, it operates like NDI and must also be disabled
