Question / Help Can't change Facebook Livestream quality!

Self-explanatory title.
My setup is just perfect to the Facebook livestream requirements.

-1280x720 30FPS
-2000 bitrate (Facebook asks a 2500 max)
-Audio config is 100% as Well. 44100 / 128

However, when doing the stream and even afterwards (when it saves) the quality is not changeable!
I cant check the "HD" checkbox. Its not enabled.
While livestreaming, can't change quality as well. There are no options. All that I've got is Volume and FullScreen icons.
What should I do?
I normally Stream at 720p to Youtube!!

I'm seeing this issue as well. Streaming at the 1280x720/30 fps, @2500kbs, and the video looks choppy as all hell, and has no HD button available for it.

I normally stream at 1920x1080/60fps @ 3500kbs on twitch (I have a sub button), and it looks perfect. Facebook seems to have issues atm.

after the livestreaming, if you will wait for a while. the recorded stram is avaiable in different qualities. but not when you are live...
