Question / Help Cant change bitrate

hello. I have been having trouble with obs since the latest update, my bitrate seems to be stuck at 100 and I cant change it. I change it and click "apply" then go to a different window ie "Advanced" then go back to "encoding" and its 100 again. It simply doesnt save. any help would be much appreciated!

Are you able to access %appdata%\obs? The settings file with your bitrate/etc is stored in %appdata%\obs\profiles -- you might want to check to see if you can edit the file manually, not sure why it wouldn't be able to modify the file anymore.
