Question / Help Can't capture video. But I can capture sound

I need help please. I'm trying to record anything, minecraft, internet, TF2.... and nothing. All that shows up in my videos is a black screen and just me talking or sound in the background. Anyone know what to do?

Can I suggest, go in to TF2 and choose DISABLE Antialiasing.

For recording Internet, you just need to use "Browsersource" or "Display Capture".
