The laptop in question is an ASUS X570ZD (Ryzen 5 2500U, GTX1050). I don't know what's going on. On a different laptop, which has "dual" graphics (iGPU and dGPU) but runs Windows 7 everything is working fine. I'm using GAME capture, running it as admin as per another post and still the thing refuses to be captured other than when using display capture and Windowed mode - but then my entire display is captured with a tiny 800x600 window in the middle of it.
EDIT: I finally got that damn thing to work, I just had to use the integrated graphics... something I rarely do even for older games.
