Bug Report Can't add sources

I can't add sources, I create a source and click ''OK'' and it will not add in the source.

You're probably adding a global source. Right-click the sources box then click on add to add a source. If you don't need the source in the global source then remove it. The area you need to right-click is the right part labeled 2: http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=402
