Question / Help Cant activate QuickSync even though anything? is installed

Hey Guys,

I recently changed my graphic card (GTX 570 -> GTX 970 Driver Version 352.86) and started off with a fresh new installation of windows 7 x64. I streamed using QuickSync before so I know my i5-2500K (Intel HD Graphics 3000) is definitely able to pull that off.

For some reason I cant pick it in OBS (v0.651b).

I've activated the "multi-monitor" option inside my bios (Asus P8Z68-V @ 3603):

Installed the HD Graphics Driver linked on the asus page of my mainboard:

So there are no unknown devices in my device manager

Did I miss something? It was working like this before i changed my graphic card and reinstalled windows.
Maybe somebody has an idea, I attached the latest log created by OBS to this post.

since you are running a 6x chipset motherboard is really rare that they are supporting qsvainboard came with 7x chipset so even though you can utilize the igpu its still possible that qsv isnt supported.


maybe updating everything to the latest drivers will fix it if not first entry if you google how to enable qsv did work for several people so far since they are using especially for this case tested drivers to make sure everything should be working as long as your mainboard supports qsv
