According to Canon, "The XA60 supports UVC for better computer compatibility. Simply connect the camera with a USB cable, and the computer can recognize it as a webcam for online conferences, classes, and more without special software."
But I cannot get it to work properly. I select "Video capture device" as the new source for a new scene in OBS Studio 30.2.3 (64bit). But this source displays a scrambled picture, irrespective of what setting I select on the camcorder or in OBS. I will be happy for it to work at 192x1280 50p (or even 25p). This setting is selected in the camcorder.
OBS Studio does not indicate any error, just the picture is not useable.
