Canon M50 Doesn't Connect To OBS

Canon M50 doesn't connect to OBS. It only shows EOS Webcam Utility with a red triangle that has an exclamation point in it.
My camera is connected via USB. I tried connecting with an HDMI video capture card and had the same issue.

This is my first time ever doing this, I'm sure I'm missing a step or two.
