I have a PC that cannot access the OBS site with either Google Chrome or Firefox, since I get a security/malware warning when I attempt to access the site. Funny thing is, I was able to access the site and download the software with this same PC a week prior. Unfortunately, I had to do a system restore afterward (that caused me to lose the OBS program), and now I want to download the software again. But now I can't, because of this security warning. Note that I am not getting this warning from this laptop I am using to create this post, only the desktop PC in question. Any ideas as to why I am getting the virus/malware warning? Thanks in advance.

Are you able to access https://helloworld.letsencrypt.org/? If not, your root cert store is probably out of date, make sure all Windows updates are allowed. You can also export the CA store from your laptop and copy it to the PC following the guide at http://woshub.com/updating-trusted-root-certificates-in-windows-10/ (this is a somewhat complex procedure as it's not normally necessary).
