Windows 10. I can open OBS maximized and it fills the screen exactly right. If I click on the icon in the upper right to display a re-sizable window, the window it displays sits tight against the top of the screen and extends below the taskbar and I cannot reach the lower border with my cursor to shrink the window upwards. If I move the cursor to the top border I can see the arrow that is supposed to shrink the border downwards but it won't do it. If I move the cursor to the top right or left corner I see the arrows that point diagonally but all they do is shrink the right and left borders left or right. So I can re-size horizontally but not vertically. I've tried clicking on the OBS logo at the top left and clicking on Size and Move but they don't change the vertical size either. I don't have this problem with any of my other programs. Is there any OBS/Windows wizard out there who can suggest a solution?
