When i stream with streaming key it works.
That is how it is supposed to work... not sure what your problem is.

And beware that most CDNs (ex YouTube) allow direct streaming (example from mobile device or PC webcam) OR streaming via streaming software like OBS Studio. You MUST set up your account correctly (YouTube in your case)

There is a getting started guide on this site under Help. if your learnign style is reading (vs video) and need more detail than the help guides here, you might want to check out https://streamgeeks.us/ Online Resources
And recognize, many of these guides cover the OBS Studio side of the streaming process. OBS Studio can stream to many target CDNs, so you also need to understand the CDN specifics involved (and they vary). There are numerous options at YouTube (and the others) on livestreaming vs uploading and publishing later, and more. You will likely get 'tripped up' if you don't familiarize yourself with the options, and settings, at the CDN. You can use some of the automation/integrations built into OBS Studio... but there are requirements for that to work...

i have nothing changed :/
not true
- Operating System has changed (or better have), otherwise other big problems
- have you updated OBS Studio?
- and I can assure you YouTube (and all of the other CDNs) have changed as well

just because it worked before doesn't mean it should continue to work, after updates/changes. And unfortunately, CDNs are not great about communicating changes to their platforms.
And there is always the chance someone has compromised your computer and/or YouTube account

Yes, youre right Operating System changing all over the time.
My channel is aproved for streaming, and i can stream with GeForce Experience.
OBS Version is the latest.
I tested it on my second PC (Win11) but the same issue.
Maybe Youtube has changed something.

I came here to ask the same question. We switched to a brand account. It worked last week, but we had to disconnect our account to use another and then when switching back it says livestreaming is not enabled. But checking on the youtube.com/features it says everything is enabled. I got it to work with stream key, but I need to be able to setup a video in advance and select it from the list like before.

I figured it out. I had to select the non-brand account for it to work. Not sure why and never heard this before other than on a reddit forum. So I'm putting the solution here too. I thought we could basically forget about and/or delete the old non-brand account. But apparently its like having a router that can do 5ghz and 2.4. Sometimes you need the 2.4.
