I am trying to follow this guide to enable streaming from an older laptop to a Mac which is the control center:

I have tried out ths method from a Linux PC whose CPU does not support the NDI plugin to the Mac and was successful. Since the laptop also doesn't support the NDI plugin (the CPU doesn't support SSSE4), I thought this would be a good compromise. However, I am unable to set this up in Windows, Firstly, mpegts is not listed in Container Format. So I chose 3GP. However when I try to start "recording" to stream the video It pops up an error saying "Unspecified error occurred while recording".
I already tried adding OBS to windows Firewall's list and enabling it but am still unsuccessful. I suspect it wasn't needed anyway because I am able to use OBS with the NDI plugin on a newer PC with no reconfiguration needed.
