Question / Help Cannot stream and preview

Hi,I just found OBS and trying it out.
I installed it on my W7 32bit, Asus Laptop. Its an PentiumT4300

When I click on Streaming or Preview,its shut down with Error-Message that

1. DirectX 10 is not found (but is installed)
2. Vista is running without "Plattform Update"
3. Video Card driver is out of date

All drivers are fresh installed, DirectX 10 is installed too.

Sounds like the laptop's graphics hardware doesn't support DX10, which is a requirement for OBS to run. Just having DX10 installed isn't the same thing.
