Bug Report Cannot Stop Recording While Streaming

Just as the title says. Prior to 0.637b I was able to stop recording while streaming. Now, I must stop streaming in order to stop the recording.

Have you actually rolled back to a previous update since this problem started and confirmed that they still work, i.e. the problem is with 0.637b specifically?
