yo, since i updated to obs28 i cannot find a settings to have clear stream on twitch while recording, i am testist amd hw h.264 but even at 8000bitrate when i moove fats it gets super messy as if the bitrate was super low, also if I use same encoder for recording it would just drop like 90% of frames so I am using h265 for recording and the quality is quite good, still i must use cbr at 30k bitrate as if I use CQP same s before, everything would lag out, i have a 5800x and a 6800xt and I managed to dstream and record with no problem for the pst month i got no ide of what I am doing wrong right now, i leave a screenshot of my settings
