Cannot reconnect automatically after an Internet connection loss. RTMP error message

When I have an Internet disconnection, OBS tries to reconnect automatically but aborts with an error message. There are problems with the RTMP key.

When I press connect stream, OBS does nothing. I can then only close OBS and restart it. Then it works again to stream without me having changed anything.

I have had this problem for a few weeks with OBS Studio 30.2.3
and the 31 betas and also with the final OBS Studio 31.0.0.

I have not changed anything in the stream settings for years.
I use Restream.io RMTP.

Yesterday I got a new stream key from Restream. I then entered it in OBS, closed OBS and restarted it.
Today still the same problem:

Internet provider disconnected for 24 hours. OBS tries to reconnect but gives an error message: Problem with stream key, please check...

I have had this problem for a long time. I can only restart the stream if I stop and restart OBS. Without doing anything to the stream key.

I don't see why OBS has this problem with me.

did you ever figure out the problem? im having the exact same issue, using restream, getting disconnected, isp says everything is fine, restream says everything is fine, when it disconnects i have to close obs and reopen to restart the stream
