Question / Help Cannot reach 720p regardless of settings

I've streamed quite a bit in the past and I am going to be streaming a lot more in the future with the upcoming release of Wildstar. I've tried looking for help in a variety of places both on Twitch and elsewhere, but I cannot get a definitive answer to certain issues I'm having on my stream.

The problem I am having is that I'm trying to stream in 720p, yet no matter how many settings I change, my quality is not improving.

My Hardware:
i-2500k intel processor
Geforce 570 GTX video card
8GB RAM
250GB SSD

My Settings:

Video: http://i.imgur.com/GSMyfor.jpg
Advanced: http://i.imgur.com/Y2xQqdL.jpg

The Result: http://www.twitch.tv/sang29/c/3939750 (or any other highlight video on my channel)

This problem is not just a problem with wildstar, its with other games I've streamed:

SWTOR: http://www.twitch.tv/sang29/c/3118338
Danwgate: http://www.twitch.tv/sang29/c/2854449

As I said, I've tried changing the settings numerous times with almost no change in quality. I've used the recommended settings on Twitch's OBS article and even turned the settings higher, such as slowing down the CPU preset. I'm at a loss at why I cannot get any more improved quality? Have I reached the limit to what my hardware can do?

Thanks

All VoD's you linked look totally fine to me. You could use the Lanczos filter instead of bilinear to get maybe slightly rounder edges in some areas. But the pixelation is very minor, especially for the games you play.
So currently I am not really sure what you whish to improve.
