Question / Help CANNOT Line Up Video / Audio on Stream (El Gato)

Since beginning to use OBS I have had some serious issues with getting the audio to line up with my gameplay on stream. It has become increasingly frustrating as I've adjusted it as close as possible multiple times only for it to desync without me touching a single setting a few weeks later. Now I cannot get the audio to line up whatsoever. Is there any way to fix this so I don't have to spend countless hours trying to sync my stream? Any help appreciated.

Turn on 'use buffering' in the device source settings, and leave it set to 0ms. Fixes the issue on most devices.

If you're looking to sync your webcam/mic audio as well, you may be pretty well SOL though.
