Question / Help Cannot initialize desktop audio sound + Error Code 88890017

Have had several problems the last couple days.

Cannot initialize desktop audio sound more info in the log file is the one that is popping up 90% of the time.
Error Code 88890017 has appeared a couple times.

OBS has randomly worked for me while I have been experiencing these problems so it has been inconsistent.

I have looked at a dozen of similar threads a couple videos and have not been able to resolve the problem.

Has only worked when my computer has restarted. And will only work one time, if I try a second stream I encounter the same problems.
