Cannot hear audio while recording

Hi, I am downloading a video from external source and when this is playing in OBS I can see the audio moving audio mixer bars.. audio is also recorded. Unfortunately there is no way I can hear the audio on the PC WHILE being recorded. any help pls?? Thanks a lot!

Click the gear next to the audio bars, select Advanced Audio Properties. On the drop-down near the right, select "Monitor and Output".
