A while back I had a buddy help me pick out some hardware that would allow me to stream. While the things I picked out should in theory work completely fine, they just... don't. from the moment i start streaming, my gameplay gets super spotty and appears to be dropping frames. but the kicker is, it never reports that i am actually dropping frames. in game it continually says im getting 120+ frames and the stream says im dropping no frames and mainting 60 fps. so.. why then?
at this point my goal is to just get a 720p stream at 60 fps. if i could go higher, that would be cool, but i know i should at least be able to do that..
it may be worth mentioning that even though stream maintains 60 fps, the stream gets the same spotty look on the gameplay that i get.
I have tried almost every single combination of OBS settings and NOTHING works, its driving my a bit crazy, i must admit.
The issue I'm having is not a network issue, i maintain around 70 download and 10-12 upload.
