Question / Help Cannot get my voice through party chat on PS4

I'm currently using an Elgato HD60, an Elgato Chat Link cable, connected to my PS4 Gold Wireless Headset. I can hear party chat and gameplay through my headset, but others cannot hear me. I do have a Blue Spark microphone hooked up to capture my voice for streaming so that isn't an issue. This seems to be the last thing I need to actually have this software ready to use.

I appreciate any help I can get here. If anymore specific info is needed please feel free to ask me.
