Cannot get my OBS to close without using Task Manager

Greetings. I did all the research I could and it seems the most recent fixes does not apply to me or I may just be missing one but when I close my OBS, it hangs and I have to force it to close from the task manager. I am very new to OBS coming from Streamlabs and I have loved everything about using OBS other than this one thing. Hopefully someone can look through my most recent log and let me know what the issue may be. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

it's a log analyzer, input your log and then take a look at what it says and fix anything that is warning or higher.

Well I did Browser Acceleration. It says I can't have multiple game captures but I need to because I have an eye tracker for one of my games that is a layover. I guess I'm just screwed. Sorry to have been a bother.
