Cannot get my condenser mic to work

I have a bluebird condenser mic. I cannot get it to work.
I have a nearstream audio interface.
xlr cable from the mic to the interface.
interface power cord plugged into wall. in the otg hole
usbc to usb cord from the interface to the computer. in the dc in hole

I cannot get my computer to pick up the mic.
I tried to download obs thinking it would fix it which didnt work - although I do believe I will still need the software?

USB connection to the computer needs to go in the OTG port, not the DC In one
