Cannot get full screen to show up

I am trying to use the OBS to broadcast my screen so I can teach people to use a specific software. I cannot get the full screen of that software's window to show up on the streaming view. I even tried the fixes found at https://videoconvert.minitool.com/screen-record/obs-not-recording-full-screen.html

Can anyone assist? I added some screen shots of what I see on the OBS and what is visible on the livestream

That distortion looks like you have some kind of video processing going on. Maybe a "3D fisheye" sort of thing? Anyway, figure out where that is - OBS filter, YouTube option, wherever - and get rid of it.
