Question / Help Cannot get Desktop Audio to Play Through Turtle Beach Headset While Also Being Picked Up By OBS

Completely lost here. Desktop audio is recognized fine with no headset attached, and even when I attach it and acknowledge a headset was plugged in via the Realtek manager. Audio still comes through monitor.

I cannot get the audio to play only in headset, while still being recognized by OBS. Halp
