Have not been able to preview stream since I updated the template for the stream. Have tried disabling Aero, re-setting up the capture section from Inner Window (multiple times). Turning on the OBS software before the program I want to capture and disconnecting and reconnecting the device.
Was able to test the stream on multiple occasions before setting up this new template and I'm not sure if that changed any other settings. Running 1 GPU.
