Cannot find Video Capture Device, but can find Audio Input capture from the same device.

When using a capture card to record Nintendo Switch gameplay, I can add an audio input capture and hear it clearly, but when I try to add a Video Capture Device, the same device will not show up, and it will only have the OBS Virtual Camera.
