Cannot find Logitech webcam

I do not see my Logitech webcam in the list of devices. It has my laptop camera and the OBS Virtual Camera as the only options. Do I need to somehow install Logitech webcam? How do I do that?

Are you trying to add your Logitech webcam as a video source in OBS?

OBS virtual camera shouldnt be an option for a camera source IN OBS.

I was following instructions on a Youtube video and I was told to go the OBS dashboard and choose video capture, then select which camera to use. The only two cameras in the list were my laptop camera and the virtual camera. My Logitech camera was not in the list although it was plugged in. So I wondered if I was missing a step to install it.
