Question / Help Cannot connect to the server

i cannot stream in the moment and i cant find the problem i have a stable internet also .. i do some troubleshooting but i cant fixed it please help me

Something is blocking your connection, or your stream key is not correct. Make sure you're updating it, as Facebook stream keys are single-use only.

hmmmm i already do the firewall thing and other fixed . but nothing worked for me ... what are the possible things that blocks obs connection

Firewall, antivirus, internet security software are the main things.

Could be a network block if you're on a school or corporate network, at which point you'd need to reach out to your network administrator.

Facebook could also be having issues, it's not uncommon.

Not the same issue:

16:32:07.818: The connection timed out. Try a different server, or check that the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or other security software (ETIMEDOUT).
