Question / Help Cannot connect to the server

Hi, I just wanted to start OBS after a while, so I wanted to start streaming, than I get this error every time when I click on start streaming...

The 1st sentence is "Cannot connect to the server" :P

Hope you can help me.

I am using Windows 10...
