Question / Help Cannot connect to server 32 bit issues.

Hello, I used to stream quite often with no issues and today I tried and I got a could not connect to server using the 32 bit version. Updated and tried again and still got the same error. 64 bit OBS streams without issue but I use a program that only works with the 32 bit version. I tried the Bind to IP option and still nothing. Using the most up to date OBS, any ideas?
 
This sounds like some kind of 3rd party software interfering with 32 bit apps. Try the "new network code" option and include a log file.
