Question / Help Cannot Connect to Facebook Live

I cannot connect to facebook live. when I press the start streaming it always ends with "failed to connect " . What is the problem?
I 've turned off my firewall even i 've also added an exception in my firewall .

My Setting:
Video Resolution : 360p
resolution, at 30 frames per second.
bit rate of 2000kbps
Please help
