Question / Help Cannot connect to Facebook live

I keep getting the following Error:

Could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server.

I have changed and copy/pasted a new streaming key several times.

When selecting Facebook Live the server option goes to default and cannot be changed.

I have contacted my network support team and they are unable to see any issues with my network or any firewall settings

Anyone else know how to resolve this. My settings worked for a livestream on Monday.
