There's at least (1) output running. Need to make sure they're all stopped.

05:44:25.701: Output 'Replay Buffer': stopping
05:44:25.701: Output 'Replay Buffer': Total frames output: 1
05:44:25.701: Output 'Replay Buffer': Total drawn frames: 13

This is so confusing because it most definitely lists "Start replay buffer" in my list of stream buttons, as if it's not running.

EDIT: Yeah, every time I fresh launch OBS it says "stopping replay buffer" in my control dock, as if it was running on launch or something, and I believe that's what the log displayed. It quickly then switches to "start replay buffer" as if its not running, this is when I attempt to change the output destination and it doesn't allow for it. This seems like a bug. Could a plugin be ghost enabling this feature?

UPDATE: Ah okay, the Vertical Canvas plugin from Aitum was both out of view and had an in menu feature enabled that kept its own version of replay buffer called "backtrack" on. This was my issue. I found this in a different forum buried deep beneath everyone else's similar issues. If you use the vertical canvas and are facing this issue, I would check this. This is not a bug with obs but rather a bug with the plugin creator as its entirely too easy to forget this plugin even exists in the folders of available plugins and should have better visual depictions of its on and off statuses when out of view, such as the red "recording" circle over the OBS icon when in the Windows Taskbar. Thank you all for your help and suggestions!
