Question / Help Cannot change language

I cannot change default language because the drop down list in settings is disabled (see attachment).
What can cause such an issue? Should I install a language package?

Stop any outputs you may have running before you try to change the config. Outputs may be the virtual OBS camera, streaming, recording, or NDI for example.

Oh, that was it. I set virtual cam automatic start.

Thank you for your assistance. In my case, it was the NDI output, which was somewhat hidden. This is often the case with OBS; any active output prevents changes from being made. It's a useful tip to remember.
