Question / Help Cannot capture PS4 footage

I am currently using and AGPTEK brand capture card and running my ps4 footage through that into my desktop. However, unless I am currently capturing footage of my ps4 elsewhere (Vegas pro) I cannot seem to get the raw footage to come through obs. What would I have to do to select the capture card?
