Question / Help Cannot capture audio from a USB Video Grabber Device - Windows 7 32bit

Hello - I am sorry if this has been covered before. I have a Lidl Silvercrest USB Video grabber device. It shows up in OBS as Polaris video capture device. OBS is perfectly grabbing the video, but no audio from my camcorder. The only option OBS gives me from the pull down list is 'laptop microphone' or 'external line in' - but not audio from the USB grabber.

Hello, I have the same problem with the Gembird Audio/Video grabber: No audio from my videorecorder. The video works.
Did you solved this problem?

Hi, I have the same problem mentioned above with the LIDL VideoGrabber SVG 2.0 A3 product which uses the Conexant CX23103 chipset, initially the image is clipped in Negative and by touching the setting you can get a regular picture but the Audio section of the tab is not seen and therefore cannot be selected and everything is silent.
His Bundled Software see it but is slow and Instable on Windows 10 (Cyberlink PowerDirector 12 LT OEM is a 2016 version )
I discovered this discussion and i try this route if anyother have found a solution.
