Cannot add NDI source in 29.1.3

I have NDI Tools and NDI runtime installed. With Tools->Studio Monitor I can see and control my cameras.
But in OBS, NDI Source is not in the add source (+) menu.

Make sure the plugin is updated.
Any issue with a a plugin should be asked in the said plugin subforum.

The runtime is included with Tools, no need to install both.

Your log should look something like this but neither Tools or the OBS/NDI plugin are loading :

I noticed that you are scaling your monitor, set it @ 100%.

Sample-rate mismatches should be addressed too. FYI, NDI uses 48k...
