Question / Help Can you push 2nd streaming pc harder?

So, I ordered the LIVE HD GAMER card etc... I am going to be throwing it in a second pc to act as my streaming pc. My question is this. Obviously when you are streaming on one pc you cannot set the CPU preset to low or you will start to feel it through fps hits and laggyness... but what if you set it a lot lower on that second pc doing nothing but streaming? Will it have a negative effect eventually on the stream or will it just run that pc into the ground so that you can have a clearer, cleaner stream?

It obviously depends on the setup of the streaming pc. I'd say experiment and see how low you can go before you start dropping frames/duplicating frames.

I don't understand how it "obviously depends on the setup of the other pc". Any pc is going to have it's limits but I am not asking what the limits are on a particular cpu... what I am asking is if you set it the preset lower on a pc will it just bog down the cpu and lag the computer but make a better stream? Or will it lag and make the stream crappy as well? Regardless of the power of the cpu and its limitations.
