Question / Help Can you help me with setup?

Hi guys!
I want to setup my OBS with NVEC. I have no idea how to setup that thing. I tried with some video, but the stream were still laggy.

My setup:
I5-4570 3.2Ghz
16Gb ram
GTX960

For high-quality, no fuss recordings, use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output when in Simple output mode. In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder.

It get some slowmo when i just using the simple mode, and still lagging
