Question / Help Can you help me? (Settings) Local Recording

Hey! If anyone could help me that would be great. I am trying to find settings for local recordings I have tried lots of youtube videos and forum posts about setting s and i can't find anything that works. So if anyone could advise me that would help a lot. (Note: i have tried the obs guide for local recordings and it didnt work)

I am trying to play games such as overwatch and cs:go, gmod and some other game that arent fps or fast action packed

MY SPECS
Processer: Intel Core i7-4790 with 3.60 GHz
RAM: 16 gigabytes with an ssd and hd
System type: 64 bit and x64 based processor
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745

You didn't actually follow the recording guide properly.

the custom x264 paramaters part.

Do you have a fix? Or what it should be . I believe its 18.
Could that cause the whole issue?

the fact that it's supposed to be "crf=18" and not "18"
But then again you would not have made that mistake had you actually read the guide.
