Can we have multiple scenes with same sources config with different names

I'm new to OBS, and I have created 2 scenes,Scene_A & Scene_B. Scene_A has Video Capture Device Source with name VideoCapture_A. Scene_B has Video Capture Device Source with name VideoCapture_B. I observed camera is loading in only one Scene either Scene_A or Scene_B. Query is can't we load camera in multiple scenes. Is it not possible to load camera from Video Capture Device Source in both Scene_A & Scene_B.

Ex:

If I select Scene_A,then camera is loading and in Scene_B camera is not loading.Then if I select Scene_B and close the OBS app and reload the app again, then I can see camera working in Scene_B, but not working in Scene_A.

Looks like camera is working once only in any 1 scene.

You absolutely can have the same source in multiple scenes. I'm suspecting you created a NEW source (a mistake in your case), instead of referencing the existing source already created. The Wiki/Help Guide goes over Sources in detail. Reading that would likely help

If you need a more step-by-step explanation (in the style of a dummy's guide), then Paul Richard's Guide to OBS Studio (free PDF, or pay for print copy) might be a good option for you. Sometimes YT videos are great, but too much junk (and outright wrong info) out there to wade through in my experience, so I prefer teh curated/edited, accurate content I referenced above
