Have you tried installing both files?

vcredist_x64.exe AND vcredist_x86.exe

Ok, I managed to get the binary x64 version open. But the installation is not possible without those runtime things that cannot be installed on Win10.

And choose "vcredist_x64.exe" if you have x64 OS

If you have still errors then choose other Runtime Package from here:

Installing x64 and x86 worked for me. W10 + 0.11.2
