Question / Help Can this PC handle a 720p 30 fps?

Hello!
I'm thinking about buying this PC, but I just want to be sure that it can handle a smooth 720p 30 fps streaming with no problems. I will be streaming my PS4 over HDMI, so I will not be playing on the PC.

This is the specs from the PC I would buy. (It's on danish, but hopefully you understand the parts)

This PC is a bit more expensive, but it has a GPU. Ignore the CPU I will be replace it with an i7 4770k.

Which one would be best and can they handle the job?

If you are going to stream Console footage, you dont even need an i7 for 720p 30fps streaming. But its of course not bad to have one and add some compression, or to be ready for higher resolutions later. In general you should be able to use the integrated graphics chip of your Intel Processor for streaming and will not need an external GPU.

So either of the PC's will be able to stream 720p 30fps, but do you also have a capture card to get your console input into OBS? (And did the ps4 finally fix the hdcp problems?)

Yeah I use the Avermeida LGP. Yes the HDCP is finally gone! :D
